INFORMATIVA SULLA SPEDIZIONE

FILOSOFIA MADE TO ORDER Grazie per aver scelto HOUSE4MUSIC. Ogni nostro capo è realizzato singolarmente su richiesta (Made to Order). Questa scelta aziendale, gestita da Daniele Razzoli, ci permette di ridurre drasticamente gli sprechi tessili e di garantire che ogni prodotto sia stampato e controllato specificamente per te.

1. TEMPI DI ELABORAZIONE E PRODUZIONE Poiché non lavoriamo con stock di magazzino pre-stampati, ma produciamo ogni maglia dopo aver ricevuto l'ordine, il tempo necessario per l'elaborazione, la stampa e il controllo qualità è di 7-10 giorni lavorativi. Questo periodo va calcolato dal momento della conferma del pagamento fino all'affidamento del pacco al corriere.

2. TARIFFE DI SPEDIZIONE E SOGLIA GRATUITA Le spese di spedizione vengono calcolate al momento del checkout in base alla destinazione:

  • Italia: Applichiamo una tariffa fissa di €4,90 per la spedizione espressa e tracciata.

  • Spedizione Gratuita: Per premiare i nostri clienti, la spedizione è GRATUITA per tutti gli ordini che raggiungono o superano l'importo di €90,00.

  • Unione Europea: La tariffa standard è di €9,90.

  • Internazionale: Per spedizioni fuori dall'UE, le tariffe partono da €35,00 e vengono visualizzate chiaramente prima del pagamento.

3. TEMPI DI CONSEGNA STIMATI Una volta completata la fase di produzione, i tempi di transito del corriere (Packlink PRO) sono generalmente i seguenti:

  • Italia: 2-4 giorni lavorativi.

  • Europa: 3-7 giorni lavorativi.

  • Resto del Mondo: 7-15 giorni lavorativi (soggetto a variazioni in base alle procedure doganali). Si ricorda che i tempi di consegna sono stime e non garanzie assolute, poiché soggetti a fattori esterni al controllo di HOUSE4MUSIC.

4. TRACCIAMENTO E CONSEGNA Al momento della spedizione, il sistema invierà automaticamente un'email all'indirizzo fornito con il codice di tracciamento (Tracking Number).

  • Passaggio del Rischio: In conformità con i nostri Termini di Servizio, una volta che il pacco viene consegnato al corriere, la proprietà e il rischio di smarrimento si trasferiscono al cliente.

  • Responsabilità del Cliente: È responsabilità dell'acquirente fornire un indirizzo corretto, completo e un numero di telefono valido. Eventuali costi di giacenza o di riconsegna dovuti a dati errati o assenza del destinatario saranno a carico del cliente.

5. DAZI E IMPOSTE DOGANALI Per le spedizioni verso paesi extra-UE, potrebbero essere applicati dazi doganali o imposte sull'importazione una volta che il pacco raggiunge il paese di destinazione. Tali costi sono a carico del destinatario e HOUSE4MUSIC non ha controllo su queste tariffe.

SHIPPING POLICY

MADE TO ORDER PHILOSOPHY Thank you for choosing HOUSE4MUSIC. Each of our garments is individually crafted upon request (Made to Order). This business choice, managed by Daniele Razzoli, allows us to drastically reduce textile waste and ensure that every product is printed and quality-checked specifically for you.

1. PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION TIMES

Since we do not work with pre-printed stock, but instead produce every shirt after receiving the order, the time required for processing, printing, and quality control is 7-10 business days. This period is calculated from the moment payment is confirmed until the package is handed over to the courier.

2. SHIPPING RATES AND FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination:

  • Italy: We apply a flat rate of €4.90 for express and tracked shipping.

  • FREE Shipping: To reward our customers, shipping is FREE for all orders of €90.00 or more.

  • European Union: The standard rate is €9.90.

  • International: For shipments outside the EU, rates start from €35.00 and are clearly displayed before payment.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Once the production phase is complete, the transit times for the courier (Packlink PRO) are generally as follows:

  • Italy: 2-4 business days.

  • Europe: 3-7 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 7-15 business days (subject to variations based on customs procedures). Please note that delivery times are estimates and not absolute guarantees, as they are subject to external factors beyond the control of HOUSE4MUSIC.

4. TRACKING AND DELIVERY

At the time of shipment, the system will automatically send an email to the address provided with the Tracking Number.

  • Transfer of Risk: In accordance with our Terms of Service, once the package is delivered to the courier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct, complete address and a valid phone number. Any storage or re-delivery costs due to incorrect data or the recipient's absence will be charged to the customer.

5. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

For shipments to non-EU countries, customs duties or import taxes may be applied once the package reaches the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient, and HOUSE4MUSIC has no control over these charges.
