INFORMATIVA SUI RIMBORSI E RESI

Il marchio HOUSE4MUSIC, gestito da Daniele Razzoli, adotta una politica di produzione "Made to Order". Ogni capo viene stampato e realizzato singolarmente solo dopo che l'ordine è stato confermato dal cliente.

1. ESCLUSIONE DEL DIRITTO DI RECESSO Ai sensi dell'art. 59, lett. c) del Codice del Consumo (D.Lgs. 206/2005), il diritto di recesso è escluso per la fornitura di beni confezionati su misura o chiaramente personalizzati. Poiché ogni nostro prodotto è realizzato su richiesta specifica e non è presente in magazzino come stock pre-esistente, non accettiamo resi o cambi per i seguenti motivi:

  • Ripensamento, cambio idea o "acquisto errato".

  • Scelta della taglia errata (invitiamo a consultare le tabelle taglie presenti sul sito).

2. ARTICOLI DANNEGGIATI O DIFETTOSI La qualità è la nostra priorità. Se l'articolo ricevuto presenta difetti di fabbricazione evidenti o danni da trasporto:

  • Contattateci all'indirizzo acca4emme@gmail.com entro 24/48 ore dalla ricezione del pacco.

  • È obbligatorio allegare foto chiare del difetto e dello stato dell'imballaggio.

  • Tutela contro danni dolosi: HOUSE4MUSIC effettua un controllo qualità fotografico di ogni capo prima della spedizione. Non saranno accettati reclami per danni (tagli, strappi, macchie) causati chiaramente dall'utente nel tentativo di forzare un reso. In caso di contestazione, farà fede la documentazione pre-spedizione in nostro possesso.

3. PROCEDURA DI RESO AUTORIZZATO Qualora un reso venga autorizzato per difetto di fabbrica, l'articolo deve essere spedito a: Daniele Razzoli (HOUSE4MUSIC) – Via Fratelli Bandiera 17/E, Casalgrande (RE), 42013, IT. Gli articoli inviati senza previa autorizzazione scritta non verranno accettati e resteranno a disposizione del cliente per il ritiro a sue spese.

4. RIMBORSI In caso di rimborso approvato, l'importo verrà accreditato sul metodo di pagamento originale entro 10 giorni lavorativi.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

The HOUSE4MUSIC brand, managed by Daniele Razzoli, operates on a "Made to Order" production policy. Each garment is individually printed and manufactured only after the order has been confirmed by the customer.

1. EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Art. 59, letter c) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized. Since each of our products is created upon specific request and is not kept in pre-existing stock, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or "incorrect purchase."

  • Incorrect size selection (we strongly encourage customers to consult the size charts available on the website before ordering).

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Quality is our priority. If the item received has obvious manufacturing defects or shipping damage:

  • Contact us at acca4emme@gmail.com within 24/48 hours of receiving the package.

  • Clear photos of the defect and the condition of the packaging are mandatory.

  • Protection against intentional damage: HOUSE4MUSIC performs a photographic quality check of every garment before shipping. Claims for damages (cuts, tears, stains) clearly caused by the user in an attempt to force a return will not be accepted. In case of a dispute, our pre-shipping documentation will be used as evidence.

3. AUTHORIZED RETURN PROCEDURE

Should a return be authorized due to a manufacturing defect, the item must be shipped to: Daniele Razzoli (HOUSE4MUSIC) – Via Fratelli Bandiera 17/E, Casalgrande (RE), 42013, Italy. Items sent without prior written authorization will not be accepted and will remain available for the customer to collect at their own expense.

4. REFUNDS

In the event of an approved refund, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.
